MAIN GOAL
The project App Holi – Preparation of Expansion to the Spanish Market is a project for geographical expansion of Nevaro’s main product, the app Holi for mental health management, funded by the program Voucher for Startups – New Green and Digital Products, with the terms of AAC N.o10/C16-i02/2022, under the PRR – Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência. With the support from Voucher for Startups, we aim at preparing our expansion to the Spanish market, given the high receptivity of this market to digital solutions and given our cultural similarity. We aim at conducting a pilot in this market, assessing the receptivity to our product, as well as the differences in cultural aspects related to mental health and app usage.
GOALS, ACTIVITIES, AND MILESTONES
a. Preparation of the app to the spanish market, namely translation and cultural adjustments;
b. Dissemination of the app to spanish companies, assessing their interest;
c. Selection of a company to conduct the pilot test of the app;
d. Preparation of the launch and communication strategy at the selected company;
e. Implementation of the app Holi’s pilot test at the selected company for 6 months;
f. Assessment and dissemination of the pilot’s results, namely receptivity, engagement and impact;
g. Preparation of the app Holi for market entry, according to the pilot’s results and usage feedback, namely improvement of the app’s UI/UX experience.
